Join Imago Michigan for our annual Fall Gathering as we host this year's workshop presenter, Tatianah Thunberg, LMSW, for an introductory workshop on polyvagal theory and the somatics of secure attachment. Participants will explore simple co-regulation experiments that they can bring to their work with couples. Tracking posture, gesture, breath, voice, felt sense and the subtle energy of coregulation, participants will be introduced to how to shift the dysregulated stories of disconnection and protection couples are trapped by, toward a state of reconnection, where present moment awareness of compassion, curiosity, collaboration and playfulness can thrive.

Imago Michigan strives to make our offerings inclusive and accessible. Please contact Irene at iantonellis@gmail.com for scholarship information.

About the Presenter: Tatianah Thunberg, LMSW is the founder of Spirit Moves LLC in Ann Arbor. Her practice is founded on 25+ years of devoted training and clinical experience. In her work with couples, she focuses on teaching the somatics of attachment, helping couples shift out of chronic states of strategic dysregulation, and increasing their capacity for empathy, curiosity, collaboration, and playfulness. The result is a more steady awareness of what is always here and now: connection and wholeness, the foundation of secure attachment. https://www.spiritmoves.us/about
